Woodville City employee driving city vehicle arrested for DWI

Department of Public Safety officer Mike Priest arrested city of Woodville employee David Lynn Stover, age 58 of Warren, for Driving while intoxicated, third offense on Saturday, April 9. According to police, Stover was “on call” for the city of Woodville and was called in for work. Stover was driving a city vehicle at the time of the arrest. According to city attorney LouAnn Clow, Stover was let go from his position at the City of Woodville on Monday |
