Woodville man arrested for criminal mischief, other charges

Woodville police Sgt. Lawrence Hicks was called to the 400 block of Railroad Street at 11 p.m. on Sat urday, April 9. A female advised the officer that Dante Lacey, age 33 of Woodville arrived at the residence intoxicated and an argument ensued. According to reports the victim was able to escape from Lacey, who was throwing things at her. Lacey continued to throw a step stool and a small ladder at the victims’ automobile, causing over $1500 in damages. Lacey was arrested for public intoxication and felony criminal mischief and possible assault family violence charges under investigation. |
