Thursday, February 3 at 7:30 a.m. officer Jeremy Byrum was called to Jack in the Box restaurant on the corner of Hwy. 190 and Hwy. 69 in Woodville. According to officer Byrum the driver, Nathan Smith, age 49 of Warren, accidentally hit the gas, causing his 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt to surge forward into the front entrance doors of the restaurant during a busy morning. Although the building and the car suffered damage, no one was hurt in the accident. Jack in the Box employees are shown cleaning up shattered glass. Thanks to a speedy cleanup, they were back in business the same day. |
