Unlicensed Drivers Encouraged To Pay Fines
Tyler County Booster
The Booster recently reported that according to Sergeant Mike McCulley, one in five drivers pulled over by Woodville City Police, have a suspended drivers license, some due to unpaid tickets and fines. The police department would like to encourage drivers to take care of their fines to avoid arrest and possible trouble in the future. Omni Base, a collection agency who contracts with the Department of Public Safety, works with individuals to identify the county/counties where the DPS tickets were written and helps them clear up the fines. Call 1-800- 686-0570 and give the system recording your name, date of birth and drivers license number. A parent and/ or legal guardian may make the call for children 17 and under. All others must make the call for themselves |
