The countdown is on for the 3rd Annual Family Fun Day, Saturday, June 27th at Lake Tejas in Colmesneil. The day of activities will begin at 11am. There will be great entertainment again this year, including the Crimestoppers Band! Plus, the first 10 families/teams of 4 to register for the Family Races will have the chance at winning some great prizes, including 4 Astros tickets. Music will not be the only thing filling the air though, as booths serve up lots of great food.

Vendors and non-profit organizations will be serving up burgers, boudain, hot dogs, snowcones, watermelon an more! Be sure to register at various booths for lots of free giveaways, including, NAPA tools, t-shirts, kids bikes and more! There will be a bounce house, dunking booth, races and displays just to name a few activities! Plus don’t miss the KING CRUNCH MONSTER TRUCK along with Driver David Smith. Grab your lawn chairs or spread a blanket along the lakes edge and get ready for a big treat as the Colmesneil Volunteer Fire Dept presents a fireworks display over the lake at dark.
