Tyler County’s ‘Most Wanted’

Just before midnight on February 23, Woodville police Sgt. Jathan Borel was called to the 700 block of North Beech Street on a narcotics call. While at the residence, Sgt. Borel was given information on the whereabouts of one of Tyler County’s top most wanted fugitives. Cofashsheia P. Raville, age 32, was arrested without incident on a warrant for motion to revoke probation, was taken to jail and later released on a $5000 bond. Raville was originally charged with felony forgery by financial instrument. Six fugitives remain on Tyler County’s most wanted offenders list. They are: Haley Nichole Ensley, white female, charged with possession of a controlled substance/ felony; Arthur Randall Monroe, black male, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle/felony; David Ross Gardner, white male, charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon/felony; Juan Jesus Davila, Hispanic male, charged with DWI third or more offense/felony; Gregory Floyd Jacobs, white male, charged with possession of marijuana 4 oz. to 5 lbs./felony; and Earnest Franklin Kizer, white male, charged with burglary of a building/felony. If anyone has information about these fugitives, contact the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department (409) 283-2172. Law enforcement officials recommend that no one attempt to apprehend a fugitive alone.
