Woodville Lions Working Toward Western Weekend

Woodville Lions Club members looked like they were ready last week for the Tyler County Dogwood Festival Western Weekend held this year March 25 and 26. The Lions hold the open rodeo Friday night starting at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 4 p.m. The Rodeo features plenty of action for the entire family, including Bull Riding, Calf Roping, a Goat Scramble, Mutton Busting, and much more. With Western Weekend and the Rodeo just two weeks away, it’s time to get those tickets so you don’t miss a single event. Tickets for the Tyler County Dogwood Festival Western Weekend Open Rodeo are now on sale at Jarrott’s Pharmacy and Sullivan Hardware. The first performance will be Friday, March 25th at 7:00 p.m. and the second performance will be Saturday, March 26th at 4:30 p.m. Ticket Prices: Presale - $8 for adults and $6 for children At the Gate - $10 for adults and $8 for children Western Weekend Dance Tickets - $20 per couple / $10 individual |
