Chester man charged sexual assault
Tyler County Booster
Larry Allen Bourne, age 69 of Chester has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and was arrested by Sheriff David Hennigan at Wal-Mart while Bourne was working on Sunday night, March 20. A search of his home took place immediately following the arrest. Bourne was arraigned by Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3 Milton Powers and bond was set for $400,000. |
