‘Adopt an Angel’ Deadline Near
Tyler County Booster
There are only 2 dates left to apply for Christmas assistance for your children. The “Adopt an Angel” Program is intended to help children who would otherwise be unable to have Christmas. To apply you must have the following documents: Current Driver’s License/Picture ID or Work Permit; Social security cards for everyone in the home, including each child; Current pay check stubs or other proof of income; Must show proof of Tyler County residency – utility bill, Food Stamp or Medicaid eligibility printout, or school enrollment verification. To apply come to the Tyler County Courthouse (Rm. 108) on Thursday, November 4 or Thursday, November 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call 283-2503 for more information. |
