Sheriff’s Departement officers investigating unusual number of burglaries in Warren

During the past two months, the Warren community has been victim to an unusual number of burglaries at homes, the old Junior High Jesus Name Apostolic Church is holding services because of their fire, The BBQ Pit restaurant, the Exxon station and Sadie’s Potato Shack. Some of the locations have been hit more than once by the same suspects. Tyler County Sheriff ’s department has arrested the offenders who have gone back and repeated the offense. According to investigator Bud Sturrock, the rash of burglaries are being taken seriously by the sheriff ’s department and steps are being made to get the thieves off the streets.
