The gates, as always, will open at 9 a.m. each day and close at 5 p.m. The Spinner’s and Weavers’ Guild will demonstrate their craft and are always interesting to watch and learn from. Bobbin lace-makers will be on hand to demonstrate their incredible art. If you are interested in quilts and quilting, don’t miss the Sassy Scrappers Quilt Guild. The Festival will also feature a photography contest, Pioneer Craft Demonstrations, Artists, Pottery, Blacksmithing, Folk Dance and Music and a whole lot more. You can also count on a lot of good music, cultural performances, and a lot of good food. The Railroad Museum will also be open with a large collection of model railroads. Other demonstrators at the event will include blacksmiths, broom makers, corn shellers and crafts people of all kinds! Admission for adults is $6 and $3 for Children under 12. Under 5 and they get in free. Don’t miss this opportunity for some great family fun.
