On the morning of Thursday, January 26 at approximately 7:30 a.m., Tyler county deputies responded to a reported stolen vehicle in the city of Ivanhoe, according to Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford. Upon their arrival, deputies met with the person who phoned in the complaint at a residence located on Lancelot Drive. The accuser told deputies that he awoke and discovered his 1996 Chevrolet Pickup was missing. He then provided the deputies with the title and bill of sale showing his proof of ownership of the vehicle. At approximately 1 p.m., deputies were able to locate the stolen pickup at a residence north of Doucette. As Deputies arrived at the residence, they observed the driver door of the pickup open, and a white male that was exiting the residence. Deputies identified the male as Dustin White, age 27, of Colmesneil. White admitted to Deputies that he had taken the truck without the owner's consent or permission. During a search of the pickup, deputies discovered numerous items of drug paraphernalia, including syringes. The syringes were field tested and found to contain a substance that tested positive for methamphetamines. Deputies also located two firing weapons, a twelve-gauge shotgun and a Smith & Wesson revolver. The .32 revolver was found in a jacket pocket along with a wallet that contained Dustin White's identification. White was arrested immediately and transported to the Tyler County jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. All Charges are felonies and White remains in jail on bonds totaling $17,500. Also arrested at the residence were Kimberlyn Warner, age 22, of Woodville and Jennifer Harvey, age 36, of Woodville. Both women are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
