The 43rd annual Miss Tyler County Pageant will be held Saturday, February 9th. The afternoon pageant for girls ages 5-12 will be held at 1:30pm, and the evening pageant for contestants ages 13-21 will be held at 6:30pm. A total of 146 young ladies from Tyler County will be vying for crowns in seven age divisions.

      All interviews will take place in the Woodville High School library at the following times: Tiny Miss, ages 5 & 6 year olds will begin at 12 noon; Little Miss, ages 7 & 8 year olds will begin at 11:05am; Young Miss, ages 9 & 10 year olds will begin at 10:25am; Future Miss, ages 11 & 12 year olds will begin at 9:30am; Teen Miss, ages 13 & 14 year olds will begin at 4:25pm; Junior Miss, ages 15-17 will begin at 3:15pm; and finally our Miss contestants will begin at 1:45pm.

      In the senior group, 11 beautiful and talented young ladies will take part in three events, including a personal interview, talent & evening gown.          The talent portion of this year's pageant will feature singing, dancing, a color guard routine, signing to music, a mime and a prose reading.

      Ashley Nichole Turner, 18 year old daughter of Tina Turner & Billy Turner. Ashley is sponsored by B&B Construction.

      Tricia Sanford, 18 year old daughter of Jayne Prather. Tricia is sponsored by L&J Construction.

      Britany Dean Delacerda, 18 year old daughter of Bryan & April Delacerda. Britany is sponsored by Keller Williams Realty.

      Heather Rebecca Pierson, 17 year old daughter of Risa & Thomas Pierson. Heather is sponsored by Puppy Pound Daycare.

      Come out and show your support for all the contestants in this year's pageant. Tickets are $5.00 each and specify either afternoon or evening. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance during our Miss rehearsals, 6pm-8pm Wednesday & Thursday, February 6th & 7th at the Eagle Summit Auditorium; and also during rehearsals for contestants ages 5-17 from 6pm-9pm on Friday, February 8th at the Eagle Summit Auditorium.
