Year after year Relay for Life inspires, encourages, and motivates the people of Tyler County. So much effort goes into raising money, preparing the goods to be sold, decorating, and resting up for the long and exciting night. This year as the time draws near and those preparations begin, let's return our focus to the reason for all of those efforts. Let's celebrate and remember all of the loved ones that bring us to the track year after year.

      After the luminary ceremony this year, there will be a special power point presentation of the loved ones survived and lost that have fought the battle against cancer. We would like to encourage anyone interested to bring photos of their loved ones to the tax office here in Woodville so that we can include them in our "Reason for Relaying" power point. These photos need to be turned in no later than April 1st and should be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope if they wish to have them returned.

      This is a free way to remember and rejoice your loved ones. It's a wonderful way to share your inspiration and motivation with the friends and neighbors around you. So bring in those pictures and share your "Reason for Relaying".
