Regular Called Board Meeting

UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
The Latexo School Board met in a regular monthly board meeting on Thursday Aug. 13 in the Latexo ISD Wilcox Community Center.
President Butch Patton called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with invocation by Buddy Taylor.           
Members present: Butch Patton, Mike Furrh, Thomas Gilson, Kent Clark (arrived at 6:31), & Sharla Kilian 
Members absent: Jennifer Patton and Barbara Stewar
Administration present:  Dr. Roy H. Tucker, Cynthia Neel, and Dr. Stacy Easterly

WELCOME and OPEN FORUM

President Butch Patton welcomed those in attendance. No one spoke in Open Forum.

NEW BUSINESS

Thomas Gilson made motion, seconded by Sharla Kilian to approve the prior minutes for July 16, 2009 and August 4, 2009.   Motion passed unanimously.
No Action taken on bids for dirt work for baseball field, concession stand, restrooms, tennis courts, baseball field fencing, metal building for concession stand, restrooms, and wiring.
No Action taken on 09/10 budget.
Butch Patton made motion, seconded by Mike Furrh to accept new transfers as presented. 4 for and 1 abstain (Thomas Gilson).

Mike Furrh made motion, seconded by Thomas Gilson to adjourn. 
Time was 7:46 p.m.  Motion passed unanimously.
