One driver injured in crash

A Nacogdoches woman, Sheneka Johnson, was transported to ETMC Crockett by ETMC EMS Thursday afternoon, Aug. 27 following a two vehicle crash on Loop 304 near Harvest Church.
According to reports, the crash occurred at about 2:25 p.m.
An eastbound 2003 Ford F-150, driven by Matthew Walling, 18, of Crockett was attempting to make a turn into the church property when a westbound 2007 Dodge Charger driven by 23-year-old Ms. Johnson collided with the pickup.
Crockett Police Department Officer Craig Osaw said the cause of the crash remained under investigation as of press time on Friday.
Crockett Fire Department also responded to the call.
