Authorities investigate death
Houston County Courier -  January 2009

On Monday morning, Jan. 19 the Houston County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding a possible deceased person located at 321 Mariner in Lovelady. 
Deputies immediately responded to the scene and confirmed that Misty Davis, 30, of Harris County was deceased. 
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Clyde Black. 
Authorities said foul play was not suspected but they were awaiting results from the autopsy.
