CPD investigation leads to arrest for burglary

Crockett Police Department Officer Alfredo Fajardo was dispatched to a residence on Barnhill Dr, on Friday, Dec. 3 in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, it was alleged that Marcus Wiley, 24, had entered the residence without consent, assaulted a person and destroyed several windows and other items. On Thursday, Jan. 6 CPD arrested Wiley on a charges of criminal mischief and burglary of a habitation with commission of assault. Wiley was booked into the Houston County Jail. Officer Danny McElhany was the investigating officer. On Sunday, Jan. 9 Corporal Vince Baker responded to a disturbance on Bonham and discovered Patricia Alma Garcia allegedly had attacked a subject with a deadly weapon (a fingernail cleaner) and was in possession of an apparent crack pipe. Garcia was placed under arrest and booked into the Houston County Jail. |
