What began as a routine traffic stop ended with the arrest of an 18-year-old Black male on drug charges earlier this week. On Monday, June 6 the Narcotics Division of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop on Loop 304 and SH 21 West, at the Hall’s Bluff road. That stop resulted in a drug bust and seizure of $200 in cash and a Buick Road Master, according to HCSO officials. Arrested on site was Adrian White of Crockett. He was in possession of approximately 20.8 grams of cocaine, crack cocaine, Xanax pills and a small amount of marijuana, according to HCSO officials. White was taken to the Houston County Jail and booked in on one count of Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance with bond set at $30,000 and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, with bond set at $8,000.
