Census to offer more jobs

The U.S. Census Bureau will be recruiting applicants to sign up for testing in the Houston County area for 2010 Census jobs.
The 2010 Census is offering temporary positions, paid training, reimbursement for work-related mileage, a flexible work schedule up to 40 hours a week and pay ranging from $8 -$24 per hour.
To apply for a job call (866) 861-2010 to schedule a basic employment test or visit www.2010censusjobs.gov.
They will also have testing days on Monday, March 15 at 7 p.m. at the Kennard City Hall, Tuesday, March 16 at 1:30 p.m. at the Grapeland Senior Citizen Center and at 6:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Crockett, Wednesday, March 17 at 1:30 p.m. at the Saint Francis Catholic Church, Tuesday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Lovelady, Thursday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Crockett and Tuesday, March 30 at 7 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Crockett. |
