What to do if you have not received your new yellow voter registration card During the week of April 23 the Houston County tax office mailed out new voter registration cards. These new cards are bright yellow in color. However, because the U.S. Postal Service no longer delivers mail with a rural route address, hundreds of voter cards have been returned to the county tax assessor/collector’s office. If you have not yet received your card in the mail, please contact the county tax assessor/collector’s office at 544-3255 ext. 243 so that they may verify your address as being one of these cards and so they can correct your mailing address with the correct 911 address. |
