County canvasses votes
Houston County Courier -  November 2009

CROCKETT - During a special meeting held by Houston County Commissioners Court on Monday morning, Nov. 16 at 8 a.m. commissioners canvassed the election returns from the Special Constitutional Amendment election held on Nov. 3.
The court also approved to accept a donation for improvements to CR 3560 in Precinct No. 3.

Commissioners will consider a tax abatement request for the construction of a hotel on Loop 304 at a future meeting.
