Chad and Jeremy celebrating 50 years

Yesterday may be gone, but Chad Stuart and Jeremy Clyde aren’t. They are celebrating their 50 years of friendship with a road trip. Their last stop in 2010 will be at the Crockett Civic Center on Saturday, Nov. 20. Chad and Jeremy most recently were in Whittier, CA. Some tunes on the tour CD include “Apache”, “Take Out Some Insurance”, “Well All Right”, “Don’t Look Back”, “So Right Tonight”, “What’s in a Name” and “Closed for Repairs.” Others are “You Need Feet” and “Doghouse Blues”. A couple of their hits from the past include “Yesterday’s Gone” and “Willow Weep for Me”. Half-price tickets will be sold, starting $10, subject to availability only at the box office, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 20. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. According to the Piney Woods Fine Arts Association, the performance ends a 24-absence of Chad and Jeremy from Texas.
