Kennard High School Art Department Paints Mural for “Empty Stocking”

Laura Y. Moore, Kennard Independent School District art teacher, announced that the Kennard High School Art Department recently painted a mural for the “Empty Stocking” organization. 
The students from the Art I class chose a dove in flight to be their contribution.  The students decided upon the color theme and who would be in charge of each step. 
Nine students from the class executed the design, working together and completing the mural in one day. 
All nine students prepared the wall, painted and were responsible for cleaning up.
