Deputies charge three with theft

Four people have been arrested and charged with felony theft in connection with property reportedly stolen from a
business in Henderson County.
According to reports, Terry Dyer, 28, was the first to be arrested on Wednesday, May 30 after Houston County Sheriff's Office deputies recovered two one-ton Chevrolet pickups and utility trailers from property located near Austonio.
Mary Dyer Harrington, 46, was arrested on Friday, June 1 and Carly Kenderski, 24, was taken into custody on Monday, June
4 in connection with the theft.
James Paul Harrington, 26, was arrested on Tuesday, June 5 and authorities have issued a warrant on another male suspects in the case.
Deputies initiated the investigation after receiving information from a confidential source regarding the stolen property.
The items reportedly taken also included tools and large quantities of copper wire and the items recovered by
deputies are said to be valued in excess of $150,000.
Dyer's bond was set at $10,000 while Mary Harrington and Kenderski faced a $20,000 bond each.
Mary Harrington was released from Houston County Sheriff's Office Jail on Saturday, June 2. Dyer and Kenderski were released on Monday, June 4. As of press time Wednesday, James Harrington remained incarcerated.
James Harrington's bond was set at $20,000.
