Spirit of Christmas

Residents were bundled in their coats and earmuffs at the 4th Annual Spirit of Christmas held on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. as they gathered on the east side of the square to see performances by local choirs.
Church choirs that performed were The Bethel Men's Choir, Central Baptist Adult and Children's Choirs, New Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Presbyterian Church Hand Bell Choir, and Dennis Ivey and the Harvest Church.
Several local businesses donated food, deserts, drinks, and prizes for the event.
Santa and Mrs. Claus came to the joyous occasion to visit with the children of Crockett and distribute candy.
