ETMC SHARE Food Drive

SHARE will distribute food collected by East Texas Medical Center Crockett employees following a contest that began on Monday, Dec. 3. 
The contest also included a box-decorating contest, which culminated in a judging ceremony held on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. in the ETMC main lobby.
Business Office Manager Stacy Dise, was in charge of managing the contest for volunteers to donate to the SHARE program.
Awards were given for "Best Decorated," and "Most Cans" to the 10 ETMC departments who participated in the food drive. Twenty-three departments were eligible to decorate a donation box.
Just before the judging ceremony took place, an announcement was made over the intercom encouraging all ETMC employees and patients to participate in the joyous occasion and vote for best decorated box.
A grand total of 594 food items were collected for donation to SHARE.
The ETMC Business Office won "Most Cans," with a total of 168.
ETMC Administration and ETMC Clinic tied for "Best Decorated."
