Leggett ISD to call for trustee election Nov. 6

LEGGETT — Leggett ISD trustees will hold a special called meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday to call for an election Nov. 6. Candidates have until Aug. 20 to file for a place on the ballot. The board also will consider adopting the pay scale for paraprofessional personnel for the 2012-2013 school year. The board also will dis­cuss and consider possible action on contracting with an outside company for custodial duties during afterschool hours. During an executive ses­sion the board will discuss personnel for the upcoming school year and discuss hiring and/or accepting resignations of current personnel.
