37-year-old woman jailed for sex with teenage boy in April

LIVINGSTON — Det. Christi Allen said a 37-year-old woman admitted having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old male at her residence that was launched April 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Elizabeth Michelle Drury, 37, made the admission during questioning and has since been indicted by a Polk County Grand Jury on a felony charge of sexual assault of a child. She turned herself at the Polk County jail on Aug. 15 and remained in custody as of Friday in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Drury has an additional unrelated misdemeanor charge pending for parent contributing to non-attendance filed in Onalaska Municipal Court, but according to Det. Allen the children have been removed from her home subsequent to the felony investigation.
