2 in Holiday Lakes drug case still at large

LIVINGSTON – After several complaints about the possible use and sale of narcotics in the Holiday Lake subdivision in Goodrich, narcotics detectives from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested seven suspects and are searching for two others that have active arrest warrants, according a statement by Lt. Andy Lowrie Tuesday. The investigation took place during October and November and led to the arrest of seven people. Two additional suspects are being sought on arrest warrants issued in connection with the investigation. The narcotics found during the operation include methamphetamines, marijuana and prescription medications. Tommy A. Jackson was arrested for manufacture/deliver of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams, a state jail felony. Arrest warrants are outstanding for William Craig Neyland and Marshall Shane Lovell for manufacture/ deliver of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams, a state jail felony. Daniel Lollar and Derek Justin Hudepohl were arrested for manufacture/ delivery of a controlled substance, 1 to 4 grams, a second degree felony. Ashley Robinson and Joel Davis were arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony.
