Corrigan woman arrested after stabbing at Leggett nightclub

LEGGETT – A Corrigan woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony, Sunday. Linda Armstead, 17, of Corrigan, was arrested after Garon Randolph, 19, of Livingston identified Armstead as the person who stabbed him in the abdomen during an argument and altercation that occurred at Big Man’s Club on U.S. 59 just north of Leggett at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Emergency room staff at Memorial Medical Center- Livingston said there was a victim seeking treatment for a stab wound. The Corrigan Police Department was notified and asked to locate the suspect at her residence in Corrigan. Armstead was found by Corrigan Police and detained for the Sheriff’s Office. Armstead’s bond was set at $20,000.
