Jr. High Brownies test negative for marijuana

LIVINGSTON — Livingston Independent School District administrators investigated an incident Friday where students at Livingston Junior High believed brownies brought by a fellow student contained marijuana. Some of the brownies had already been eaten when word reached LJH Principal Mike Woodard. Testing by the Livingston Police Department showed the leaf-like substance in the baked goods was not marijuana or any other controlled substance.
