PCSO jails two for theft in Indian Hills
LIVINGSTON — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday that two arrests had been made in connection with the theft of a riding lawnmower and trailer taken from the Indian Hills Subdivision on June 17, according to Det. Christopher Lima. The suspect/s in this case targeted an 8x4 Tophand Utility trailer with attached ramp, black in color, and a 2005 Cub Cadet 50” Zero Turn Radius lawn mower, yellow in color. Lima issued a Crime Stoppers alert Monday and a tip resulted in a quick resolution of the case with the arrest of Jason Elliott Reeves and Charles Odom, Lima said Tuesday. The stolen property was recovered and returned to the owners. PCSO’s Criminal Investigation Division was assisted in the investigation by Texas Ranger Ron Duff.
