Two jailed for selling meth from their home in Corrigan

Polk County Enterprise

LIVINGSTON — Two Corrigan residents were arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of methamphetamine March 16 after narcotics detectives with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received several tips about ongoing drug activity. Detectives went to the residence of Thomas Aaron Frank and Alicia Elizabeth Cetlinski (also known as Lisa Frank) and spoke with Thomas. He claimed he had used meth and that he had a small amount inside the residence, according to Lt. Andy Lowrie. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and found a large quantity of meth during the search as well as scales, packaging material and a list of people who owed Frank money for drugs. Thomas was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams, a first degree felony. Cetlinski was tied to the distribution of the meth and she also was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams. Investigators also found a juvenile in possession of meth at the residence and the child was removed from the location. Detectives are continuing to process evidence collected from the residence, including the lists of buyers. Warrants will be issued for those subjects for engaging in organized crime, which would be a first degree felony carrying a punishment range of up to 99 years to life in prison if convicted, Lowrie said.
