Mop and Broom Sale
Livingston Lions Club members will have their annual Mop and Broom Sale at First State Bank from 7 a.m. To 7 p.m. Thursday, March 31. Local Lions Club members will be selling brooms, mops, brushes, quality cleaning aids, and many other items for home, business and industry. Plan to come by the First State Bank parking lot on Thursday and help the blind help themselves by buying some of these fully guaranteed, quality products made by the blind. The Lions Club, whose motto is “We Serve,” reinvests the proceeds of this project in the local community in the form of college scholarships, eyeglasses for needy children, youth sports, school projects, Boy Scouts, summer camp for children with financial hardships or medical conditions, and many other Lions Club projects. |
