Break-in at Dollar store

LIVINGSTON — Burglars forced their way through the front door of the Dollar General Store in the 1200 block of N. Washington shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday morning, a c c o r d - ing to Det. Leon Middleton with the Livingston Police Department. An earlier attempt to forcibly enter the front of the building was unsuccessful, Middleton said. LPD is seeking two male suspects, one black and another of unknown ethnicity, reports show. The suspects ransacked the manager’s office and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Investigators are waiting to speak with the store’s district manager to determine whether the video surveillance system captured images of the two men and to calculate more precisely the amount of money taken.
