Man jailed, items recovered in southeast Polk County
Polk County Enterprise - November 2009
LIVINGSTON — A Polk County man is in jail and stolen property recovered in connection with breakins at two separate locations. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call for service in the Segno area in Southeast Polk County Oct. 15 in reference to a burglary of a habitation and burglary of a building that occurred at separate locations, a PCSO statement announced. Deputy Mike Nettles responded to the calls and the complainants reported power tools, electronic equipment and a number of items were stolen during the burglaries. The information led Nettles to one suspect in the cases. After leaving the location of the reported burglaries, Nettles conducted a traffic stop in the Segno area on the suspect’s vehicle that led Nettles and Detective Stan Galloway to arrest Chester Aaron Gorsha, male, 31 for the offenses of burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony, and burglary of a building, a state jail felony, and the recovery of all of the stolen property. Gorsha remains in the Polk County Jail at this time with bonds set at $7,500 on each charge.
