Former CCISD teacher faces 5 count indictment for ‘sexting’
Polk County Enterprise - November 2009
LIVINGSTON — A Polk County Grand Jury handed down two additional indictments against Jennifer Ann Hudspeth, 37, a former teacher with the Corrigan-Camden Independent School District on Oct. 30, according to records in the 411th District Court. She now faces a five-count indictment for online solicitation of a minor, according to Assistant District Attorney Kaycee Jones. Investigators identified a third victim who received sexually explicit messages on their cell phone, allegedly made by Hudspeth on or about Oct. 1, 2008.
The three victims are males ranging in age from 14 to 16 at the time of the offense, Jones said. The previous indictment was handed down in January. She was arrested Feb. 2 and released on a conditional bond that bars her from attending any public or private school function. The bond also requires her to stay off any property owned or leased by CCISD unless her biological child is participating. If her child is participating, the defendant is required to remain in her vehicle in the parking area, court records show.
