Library offering amnesty period
Polk County Enterprise - December 2007

LIVINGSTON – Murphy Memorial Library will have an amnesty period from Dec. 1 through Dec. 30. Anyone with items due before September 1, 2007 may return them to the library without being assessed a fine.

This amnesty does not apply to those fines or fees assigned by the Livingston Municipal Court. It only applies to fines that would normally be assessed by Murphy Memorial Library for overdue items.

People who have items overdue from the library are urged to take advantage of this opportunity to clear their record with the library.
