   GROVETON – Applications to receive a ballot by mail for the upcoming Nov. 3 con-stitutional amendment election will be accepted by the Trinity County Clerk’s Office through Tuesday, Oct. 27.
   To request a mail ballot call County Clerk Diane McCrory at (936) 642-1208 or write to her at P.O. Box 456, Groveton, Texas 75845.
   The first day that the ballots will be mailed to applicants is Saturday, Sept. 19 or the date the ballots become available for mailing.
