This weekend February 29 and March 2, 2008 the Houston Livestock World Championship BBQ Cook-off (Our team Pitt Posse will participate) will be held on the grounds of Reliant Stadium.
   The Trinity County Go Texan Committee will travel to Houston to participate.  Our committee would like to invite all Trinity County residents to join us in Houston Saturday March 1st.  Our booth space is C-319. This year’s scholarship will be $15,000.00 to a senior student in Trinity County.
