In addition to accepting cash and checks for school meals, Hardin Independent School District now offers parents the option of making online payments for student meals. Parents can check their child’s food service balance, as well as make payments online to their child’s meal account with a MasterCard of VISA at any time of the day or night, seven days a week. Making online payments is convenient and easy!

To make online payments parents will need:

MasterCard pr VISA (debit, credit or check card)

Your child’s 5 digit food service number (printed on schedules, ask your child or you may contact your child’s campus)

Online payments made by 2:00 p.m. on a school day are available to your student by breakfast the next school day. The web store does charge a handling fee of 3.99% of the total transaction (59 cents minimum).
