The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is again offering half-priced carnival tickets for 4-H, FFA exhibitors.
“Last year at the final turn-in of carnival tickets books not sold, several kids checking in animals asked for them but because their parents didn’t send enough money they were unable to purchase them,” said Michelle Casey, carnival ticket sales committeeman.
This year the committee is getting the word out to all 4-H and FFA or other groups that may want to take advantage of this savings.
If a large group wanted to place an order and collect checks/credit card information, then have the entire order sent to one place, there would only be one handling fee.
There is a five to seven business day wait for processing. Orders will be accepted through February 20.
