LIVINGSTON — Noel Richard Ellisor resided in Corrigan for 17 years. He was known by most as “Butch.” Mr. Ellisor was born in Portland, Ore. on Dec. 25, 1944, to Corinne and Alvis Ellisor. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvis S. Ellisor; brother, Alvis C. Ellisor and his son, Richard Harlan Ellisor. Noel mostly grew up in Cleveland, Texas, where his father owned a law firm. He graduated from Cleveland High School and married Betty Mizell. Noel and Betty had four children: Griffin, Richard, Shawna, and Daniel. Mr. Ellisor is survived by his mother, Corinne Crump of Livingston; his son, Samuel Griffin Ellisor of Livingston; his daughter, Shawna Paramo- Laviolette and her husband Bruce Laviolette and their four children, Jon, Kalena, Chris and Kenzie Paramo, all of The Woodlands and his son, Daniel Ellisor and wife Lindsey Maddox Ellisor and their five children, Parker, Taylor, Emily, Lauren and Bryce, all of Livingston. Noel died on Monday, May 21, 2012 in Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin. Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 28, in Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston.
