Ida Elmiva Benjamin
CORRIGAN  --  Ida Elmiva Benjamin, born Sept. 2, 1925 passed away on March 10, 2007 at the Corrigan Rehabilitation Center.
Memorial services will be held on March 16, 2007 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Faith Temple Evangelistic Deliverance Center.
Funeral services will be held on March 17, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Faith Temple Evangelistic Deliverance Center with Dr. Lonnie Freeman officiating.
She is survived by her children, Brenda Whitaker, Linda Franklin, Charlotte Hulett, Florence Frazier and Bruce Benjamin; 16 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Paradise Funeral Home in Houston is in charge of arrangements.

Alton Lee George
CORRIGAN  --  Funeral services for Alton Lee George, 57, of Jacks Station Community will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24, in the Evans Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Hood officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sumpter Cemetery in Woodlake.
Mr. George was born July 19, 1949 in Livingston and passed away Saturday, March 17, 2007 at his residence. 
He was a member of the Evans Chapel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Doris Ash George.
He is survived by his sisters and brother-in-law, Betty and John Hood of Camden and Sarah George of Leggett; and a host of relatives and friends.
