Jeff Martin Phillipe
LIVINGSTON — Jeff Martin Phillippe, 40, of Goodrich died on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, at his residence. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 20, in Chesswood Baptist Church, with Pastor Howard Daniel officiating. Burial followed in Holly Grove Cemetery. Jeff was born June 4, 1968 in Mekinock, N.D. He is survived by his wife, Diana “Dee Dee” Phillippe of Goodrich; father, Ray Phillippe of Goodrich; mother, Andrea Powers of Ardmore, Okla.; grandfather, Ancel Dickson of Ardmore, Okla.; son, Jeff Ray Phillippe of Ardmore, Okla.; daughter, Catherine Green of Guy; son, Sean Phillippe of Guy; daughter, Heather Phillippe Martinez of Guy; his granddaughters, LeAnna Green and Stephnie Green, both of Guy; sister, Janelle Bauer of Parker, Colo.; brother, Randy Phillippe of Nacogdoches and sister, Tracie Spradlan of New Caney. Serving as pallbearers were Chino Hernandez, Sean Phillippe, Jeff Ray Phillippe, Joe Jones, Lee Green, Greg Martinez and Scotty Rall. Cochran Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Billy Joe King
LIVINGSTON – Billy Joe King Jr., 57, died on Feb. 12, 2009 at his residence. He was born June 25, 1951 and lived most of his life in Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Mary King and brothers, Jack King, Randy King and Danny King. Survivors include his son, Billy Joe King III and daughter-in-law, Linda King of Deer Park; son, Kevin King and daughter-inlaw, Tammy King of Beaumont; daughter, Shelly Joy and son-inlaw, Scot Joy of Pasadena; brothers, Jerry King of Livingston and Butch King and sister-in-law, Tammy King of Bacliff; sister, Nancy Stevens and brother-inlaw, Mark Stevens of La Porte; sister, Sandy Utton and brotherin- law, Terry Utton of San Leon and several nephews and nieces. He is also survived by several grandchildren, Adrienne, Andrew and Cole, children of Shelly King (Shell Bell); Kara Kaleb and Kobe, children of Billy Joe King III; and Hannah, Shana and Shae, children of Kevin King. Billy Joe spent most of his life working in construction, starting as a carpenter at a very young age and working his way up to civil superintendent. He spent some years working overseas. He made many friends over the years and was known as a devoted friend to all that knew him. Private memorial services will be held.
