Watkins
In loving memory of Orval Ray Watkins.  A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Rosie Watkins; mother and father Ida Mae and John Watkins; brother and sister Rex and Shirley Watkins; also his grandchildren, Christopher Watkins and Johnathan Roberts.
He is survived by his wife Penny Jo Watkins and his daughters Alexandra Krieser, Christina Johnson and husband Don, Erlinda Hall and husband Chuckles; and son Stephen Watkins and wife Kitty; grandchildren, Anthony Watkins and wife, Crystal Watkins, Leon Watkins, Shikara Lowe and husband, Amber Randall and husband; great-grandchildren, Corey Phillips, Katleyn Roberts, Ashleyn Lowe, Colton Randall, Fallynn Randall, Cameron Watkins; brothers and sisters, Leonard Watkins and family, Syble Skiles and family, Russell Watkins and family, Raymond Watkisn and family, Sunny Watkins and family, Crickett Watkins and family, Chicken Watkins and family and John Watkins and family. Numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
He will be missed and be loved dearly.

SCOTT
James Collier Scott, Jr., 79, of Shepherd, passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2007.  He was born on Dec. 31, 1927 in Elkhart to James Collier and Ila Mae Scott.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lena Scott; son, Michael James Scott; sisters, Janie Collier, Alice Jeffcoat, Sandra Mack; brother, Vaughn Otis Scott.
He is survived by his son, Bradley Ames Scott and Dina; grandchildren, Cheryl Annette Belle Travino and husband, Manuel Jr., Lyndsie D. Scott, Matthew James Scott, Allen Kenneth Scott, Michael Anthony Scott; great-grandchildren, Manuel Travino III, Jessica Ann Travino; sister, Carolyn Stanley; brothers, Earnest Wade Scott, Roger Coy Scott, Paul Wayne Scott.
Funeral services were held Sept. 19, 2007 at Pace Stancil Chapel with interment at Morgan Cemetery, Cleveland.
Pace-Stancil Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

CARLEY
Carol Earl Carley, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, Sept. 14, 2007.  He was born to Owen and Thelma Jane Carley on July 17, 1933 in Houston.
He was well known and admired throughout the community.
He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Carley; daughters, Lawana Franklin and husband, Marlin, Rebecca Carley, Kathy Tarver and husband, Barry; sons, Steven Carley and wife, Dianne, C. Wayne Carley and wife, Melanie, John Burns and wife, Debbie; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby Allen Carley; sisters, Joni Davis and Robin Florio; numerous nieces and nephews; also Lonie, Whiskey, Ki-Ki and Precious.
Funeral services were held at the Pace-Stancil Chapel on Monday, Sept. 17, 2007.  Bro. Carl Williamson conducted the service with interment at Brookside Cemetery, Houston.
Pace-Stancil Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
