COLBERT
Commiedore Juel “C.J.” Colbert, Jr. 72, of Coldspring, passed away Friday March 30, 2007. He was born in Vernon, Texas on August 31, 1934 to Commiedore J. and Flarrie Colbert, Sr.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Leona Colbert.
He is survived by his daughters, Kathy Ballard and husband Paul, Vickie Martiny and husband Kit; sister, Delores Neilson; granddaughters, Kristi, Jamie and Tammy; grandsons, D.J., Derrell, Bryan, Michael and Jessie; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held April 3, 2007 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Coldspring. Rev. Lester Runge conducted the service with interment at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland.
