Allyson Susanne Bledsoe
TRINITY – Graveside services for Allyson Susanne Bledsoe, 37, of Groveton were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, Miss.
Mrs. Bledsoe died Saturday, April 18, in Groveton.
She was born May 8, 1971, in New Orleans, La.
Survivors include her husband, Russell Bledsoe of Groveton; her father and mother-in-law, Charles and Patsy Bledsoe of Lakewood; a brother-in-law, Jack of McKinney; a sister and brother-in-law, Scott and Jeanne Snow of Bryan; and a nephew, Doug Walters of Bryan.
Trinity Funeral Home directed the arrangements.

Harvey Henry Cash
McGEHEE, Ark. – Graveside services for Harvey Henry Cash, 82, of McGehee, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009, at the Center Point Cemetery near Cimminto, Ark., with the Rev. Jody Gannaway officiating.
Mr. Cash died Wednesday, April 22, at Drmont City Nursing Home.
He was born June 21, 1926, in McArthur, Ark., son of the late Archie Cash and Dora Miles Cash. He worked as a correctional officer for the Texas Department of Corrections and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II and Korea.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Sue Hall Cash of McGehee; a son, Eddie Cash of McGehee;  and three sisters, Jewell Sledge and Donnie Fowler, both of Dermott, Ark., and Annie Taylor of Crossett, Ark.
Pallbearers were Bob Fowler, Mark Fowler, John Sledge, Randy Sledge, Wayne Morrison, Russ Morrison, David Taylor and Lee Taylor. Honorary pallbearers included Chris Simms and Eric Brockell.
Griffin Funeral Services of McGehee, Ark., directed the arrangements.

Autry Lee “Ab” Choate
TRINITY -- Funeral service for Autry Lee “Ab” Choate, 69, were held on at 2 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2009, in the Carlisle Cemetery Chapel with the Rev. Jason Burden officiating.
Burial followed in Carlisle Cemetery. 
Mr. Choate died Tuesday, April 21, in Lufkin.
He was born Jan. 22, 1940 in Old Hickory, Tenn. and worked as a Florsheim Shoe Store Manager,  as an Avco Structure aircraft mechanic and as a painter. He was retired from Diagnostic Center of Houston where he worked as the maintenance engineer.
Mr. Choate enjoyed watching the Houston Astros with his friends at Skeeters and he loved spending Friday nights with his children at the race track when the children were young.
He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Matthew Choate; and his parents, Curtis and Beulah Choate. 
Survivors include his children and their spouses,  SMSgt (Ret.) Marshall and Kimberly Choate, Janet Lee and Roger Fowler,  Tammy Jo and Jeff Liggett and Leslie Dale  and Chasity Choate; three siblings and a spouse, Bill and Bette Choate, Ross Choate and Shelby Jean Choate; the mother of his children, Margaret Jeanette Hogan; and seven grandchildren.

Bonnie J. Davidson
TRINITY -- Memorial services for Bonnie J. Davidson, 82, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Waller-Thornton Funeral Home in Trinity with the Rev. Leroy Brown officiating.
Burial followed in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Trinity.
Mrs. Davidson die Saturday, April 11, in Bartow, Fla., following a battle with cancer.
She was born Oct. 8, 1926 in Lockhart, the daughter of the late William Doss and Ruby Mae (McMillan) Butler. Mrs. Davidson moved to Bartow six years ago from Trinity.
She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and a former member of Dorcas Wills Memorial Baptist Church in Trinity and the First Baptist Church of Angleton. Mrs. Davidson was active in her church and loved music and reading. She also was a Bartow Chamber of Commerce Diplomat.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.A. Davidson.
Survivors include two daughters and their spouses, Karen and Don Tompkins of Bartow and Alicia and Rick Boyd of Saint Peters, Mo.; a son and his spouse, Tom and Margaret Davidson; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 
Waller-Thornton Funeral Home of Trinity directed the arrangements.

Mary Louise Armstrong Engelhardt
TRINITY – Services for Mary Louise Armstrong Engelhardt, 65, of Huntsville were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009, in the Bald Prairie Church.
Burial followed in the Bald Prairie Cemetery.
Mrs. Engelhardt died Monday, April 20, in Huntsville.
She was born Aug. 20, 1943, in Franklin.
Survivors include her husband, Ted Engelhardt; five children and their spouses, James and Cindy Armstrong of Magnolia, Charles and Brenda Armstrong of Huntsville, John Armstrong of Magnolia, Cathy and Rick Ramirez of Beeville and  Debbie and Estebaun Rodriguez of Rockport; two brothers, James Mullinnix of Streetman and Chales Mullinnix; a sister, Shirley Zermens of Refugio; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and Nephews.
Trinity Funeral Home directed the arrangements.

Evy Jean Thornton Sowell
HOUSTON – Services for Evy Jean Thornton Sowell, 80, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Niday Funeral Home in Houston.
Graveside services followed in the Chita Cemetery in Trinity County.
Mrs. Sowell died Wednesday, April 22.
She was born on Dec. 15, 1928, in the Chita Community and was a past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Magnolia Chapter No. 706, and deputy grand matron of District 4.
Mrs. Sowell was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Sowell Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Jean of Houston; a sister, Grace Kantz, of Conroe; three brothers and their spouses, Jimmy and Frances Thornton, Henry and Ginger Thornton and Haron Thornton, all of Trinity; three sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Thornton of Trinity, Opal Lott of Denton, and Louise Tompkins of Houston; several nephews and nieces; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Niday Funeral Home of Houston directed the arrangements.
