Exercise classes hosted by seniors

COLDSPRING – The Senior Citizen Center of San Jacinto County will host the YMCA Silver Sneakers seniors exercise classes. Classes will be held at the center two mornings a week. The YMCA will provide an instructor and the necessary equipment. Sign-up will be later this week. Call the center at 936-653- 4175 for additional information.
